Digital BW, The Print

To print B&W on matte and color on glossy papers, is it possible to use 
3MK on R1800 with 5 dye color inks instead of Epson's original 
UltraChrome color inks?

R1800 has 5 UltraChrome color inks: cyan, magenta, yellow, plus red and 
blue. They are more for matte paper without gloss optimizer. How if I 
use five compatible dye inks: cyan, magenta, yellow, light cyan, light 
magenta?

Or, if dye black is required to print color photos, is it possible to 
make it:

    MK+MK+PK+C+M+Y+LC+LM
