Seriously, that is why I switched to emails only, the "continue" stuff is really annoying.

  The popup + click through is so obnoxious I can't deal with it.

  I've installed Symantec Internet Security software and turned on ad 
  blocking and also use a popup ad filter. Between the 2 of them they 
  seem to stop about 75% of the images at least... Yahoo is so 
  obnoxious you still get a blank page to click through, but at least 
  you miss most of the dumb yahoo ads and the page loads faster.
