Hi Chris, all

One work of caution: these do not work with "gdi" (I hope it's the 
correct term) laser printers. These are the printers where the rendering 
engine is really the driver and not the printer itself.

I am not aware of any non-laser printer that has this limitation, though.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
