Remove the one with the flap that is closest to the end of the cart. It's the air intake. Ink can't exit the cart with the air intake blocked. Recall also that commercial carts are vacuum filled. As such, these plugs should be removed before the carts are installed. Otherwise, it's possible air will be pulled into the cart through the outlet when the cart is installed and the outlet seal is broken. So, you may have air in the outlet that will need to be removed.
