Hi,
I don't know which systems can profile dual monitors, but if you only need one calibrated monitor at a time, you can download the "Monitor Profile" icc loader program from X-Rite that lets you select the profile you want to use for your monitor. And then just switch between profiles as needed.

A free work-around, at any rate.
