As you note, comparison articles have drawn that conclusion. I can agree,
from my own testing.
Its also worth noting that ColorMunki software is intentionally limited;
there are no settings possible for display profiling or printer profiling, so even
if the default results aren't bad, over time a user is likely to want more
adjustability, more advanced options etc; which would be available from Spyder3
products, but with the ColorMunki, you have no options available, and no
upgrade capabilities, you have to move up to a different product line. The
Spyder3Studio feature set is much more like that of the much more expensive EyeOne
product line, while the price is much closer to the ColorMunki, so for those
interested in features and controls at an affordable price, its quite compelling.
