When I did the same last month, I had to give them the last three serial numbers, all upgrades, so basically back to the last full purchase of Photoshop. All said and done though they were extremely helpful during the process and the MAC version arrived within two days of submitting the destruction notice to them. Wish more companies had the same level of customer service.
