Digital BW, The Print

I am in the midst of switching from a PC to a MAC and when I called Adobe to ask for an 
Apple compatible copy of CS3 they wanted my original serial number.  That is the serial 
number of the last copy of Photoshop I bought at full price before I began the upgrade 
process.  Fortunately, the guy on the phone was very considerate and looked for a while until 
he found it.  Adobe is very reasonable supplying a disk compatible with a new platform for 
the cost of shipping.  However, you do need the original serial number.  After umpteen 
upgrades, that is not something I would have had handy.  So, it apparently is important to 
keep a record of the string of serial numbers, or at least the first and last.
