Re: Epson 1400 and CIS or Refillable Carts

2008-08-26 by scott_now_coming

Hi Marvin,

I ordered a 1400 today. I also ordered 2 sets of ACR carts. Hopefully
my items will arrive by the weekend.

I guess if I had already owned a CIS and was happy with it, I'd go
that route with the 1400.

However, I've been using MIS re-fillabe carts (with the sponge)in my
C-86 and R800 printers. So, that's the route I'm taking with the 1400.

When I get mine up and running, I'll give some feedback here on this
forum.

(BTW, I'm planning on printing through QTR using Black Only and plan
to mix up some cleaning fluid to run in the other positions.)

Scott
