Not even on a Pen F . Leica Visoflex lens adapters exist for some other camera mounts though. And it is likely that you will be able to mount Leica S2 lenses on an FF DSLR in the future. If you can afford it. An adapter for Micro 4/3 mount (Panasonic G1) will probably be the matchmaker for a lot of lens widows like Pen F, Canon FD and more obscure short register mount lenses that didn't allow normal 4/3 adapters.
