Steve,

I believe that they will ship out of state. They will probably have the
distributor drop ship to you.  I just committed to 10 packs to get a
substancial discount. The price dropped from roughly $275 to under $250 a
pack. I am waiting for the final price. If you need some, I will give you
the sales person name. I won't be back in the office until Tuesday. We are
travelling with my son visiting Law schools here in the state.
