Mmmm, no. I didn't. Am I supposed to? I never did that using BO with EK in my 2200. And there is definitely ink coming out of that hole...,though when I pull the MK/EK, it doesn't appear as if any ink has been used at all. Same with the Glop/EK. However the PK/EK clearly shows a reduction in the ink level.
