Digital BW, The Print

The cleaning cart isn't your problem.  I've done the same as you with
my R1800.

Try using the bottom fill adapter to suck some ink through the exit
port and get the flow going.

Either that or make sure the air hole is vented.  Post a picture of
your cartridge if you need help.
