I too was concerned about this and Epson support told me that this is 
simply the length of "standard" cut sheets sizes that they list BUT you 
can certainly make a custom sheet size that is longer and use that. SO 
you ARE NOT limited to 22" long. I was concerned about this because I 
want to use Harmon Gloss paper in the 17x25" sheet size so that I can 
maintain my dSLR aspect ratio of 3:2 and print a 16x24 inch print. They 
told me "no problem"
