Digital BW, The Print

Hi,
all of a sudden, 100% blacks are printing lighter than 18% grey. The rest of the tones are fine, however.

However, the Epson driver is fine.

Unfortunately it's a 2100, so I can't use the Epson driver for BW ... and I have an exhibition to print.

I'm not sure where to start with problem - any pointers would be appreciated.
