Digital BW, The Print

I've been doing darkroom black & white for a while, and want to give inkjet black and white a 
try and compare the results. I've been reading this group with great interest, and have 
decided that the 1400 is cheap, and from what I read here gives good results... 

I'm interested in either the UT14 or Eboni-6 ink sets. I'm leaning towards UT14, since I can 
print both glossy and matte. I have no interest in color. I also don't really want to run a CIS 
initially, since I'm not sure how much I'll be printing.

However, I'm confused exactly what to buy. Looking http://www.inksupply.com/ut14_black_and_white.cfm they don't seem to list any cartridges? 
Also, do I need some cleaners or something?

Also I'm curious about how many prints (say 13x19) can I expect also from one inkset 
(assuming I use cartridges, and not CIS)? Actually in the darkroom I tend to print 10x10, so 
I'm also interested in getting some roll paper, since that might be more cost effective.
