I'm not certain of the meaning of this sentence. Are you saying the
problem you catch is sending a monochrome file, or that you catch it
and send an RGB file? Maybe it's just too early for me and I haven't
had a coffee yet. I'm under the impression that the 2400 ABW prefers a
grayscale file over an RGB. So I always convert to grayscale for the
file size reasons Clayton mentioned and to sync properly with the ABW.
Maybe I should get that coffee now.
