Making B&W prints on a epson 1800??

I am trying to make some B&W images on my epson 1800.
Can anyone suggest as to what paper to use?
I've tried Epson ultra presentation,and a few others.
  I'm looking for a higher quality paper.
Any suggestions/advise/help, would be greatly appreciated.
