Is there any list created with L or D numbers that you can
save or is that list hidden in the software directory or
worse encrypted and only temp. available ?

If there's a list there are ways to use QTR applications for
partitioning and profiling.
I'm using a SpectroCam that isn't a common meter but it
delivers the data in more than one form.
If there's no list then you could look for a possible open
source driver for that instrument.
