If Paul's suggestion doesn't work right away, You may have to "prime" the cartridges by using a small syringe with a bottom fill adaptor attached, and suck out approximately 1ml of ink from each problem cartridge..This priming also should have been done before your install, but you can do it now as well..make sure to thouroughly rinse out the syringe and purge it to near dry in between colors..My settup is working like a charm.., especiall more trouble-free than my 1280 with UT-2 INKS which gave me GREAT results, but with printer killing clogging issues..
Have patience, and you''ll work it out and fall in love with this combination..

The main thing that seems to go wrong on installation is people don't
remove the yellow tab over the MIS cart air inlets. I'm not sure if

Yep, it sounds like the yellow tabs are still on the carts. If not,
it's probably air in the outlets. Letting the printer sit still over
night will often allow the foam to dissipate and ink to flow.
