I'm pretty sure the MIS pre-filled UT14 carts are, in fact, 
refillable.  Rather than having a fill plug that has a handle on it, 
however, you may need to use a jeweler's screw driver to remove a clear 
stopper that is flush with the top of the cart.  If you saved the air 
inlet stoppers, they can probably be used as the fill hole plugs in the 
future.
