Elevator Digital offers this from Toronto from a Lambda. It seems like an excellent idea. The only problem is that it's really expensive. When I looked at it several years ago it was like 5x the cost of an inkjet print (vs. Cone K7s on HPR for example). That kind of pricing just put it beyond consideration; I didn't bother to try it.
