I've purchased two different 21's off eBay, and also got one from a friend who went LCD. They are not throw-away electronics and can be repaired. Could be just a leaky capacitor. My Mitsi 91TXM has had some flicker phases but has been stable for several months. I managed to swap a CRT from another brand many years ago - just making sure the connections were the same - so it's far from rocket science.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
