Digital BW, The Print

I just bought myself a partial working R1800. One of the heads is completely clogged. Though I intend on still using it for Eboni 6 inks.
The cartridges in the printers
Yellow - ok
Magenta - ok
Cyan - ok
MK - ok
PK - BUSTED
R - ok
B - ok
Glop - ok

I then got a set of MIS Eboni 6 inks from someone from ebay, on the description: "These inks are all different shades of black- you have one that replaces MAGENTA, one for LIGHT MAGENTA, another replaces YELLOW- we have one each for CYAN and LIGHT CYAN and then for plain old black you have the brilliant EBONI."

If i'm using QTR to print how would I go about setting up the Eboni 6 inks to work here? Would it really matter if I just added each Eboni ink to whatever cartridge color I wanted? From there I would make my own curve? Or can I follow a profile already saved in QTR?

Any help would be glady appreciated.
