Sounds like it is a useful program. Where does one find it? I have had a good look on the Epson site but can only download one for the 4000 and only a waste-ink counter resetter for the R1800. Is there another source you can point me too? If this can properly clear up banding on the R1800 then it will make it a much more versatile device. As it is, banding necessitates 3 channels for smooth BO printing, somewhat voiding the advantage of 8 ink positions. regards Alistair
