John, to be honest I took this no further. I was sent into crisis mode to solve it, dropped a bunch of other fires to look for a solution, then some time later got another email from the client saying... "never mind..." so, I just got back to the other fires.. I'm sort of surprised, after years of inkjets being made, there was no more list knowledge to share about it. Anyway, I probably won't be able to put any more time into it until there's another related crisis... No recommendations for laminating here, it just hasn't come up. I rarely seem to get people wanting anything but bare prints from me, which makes me very happy as even just that seems nearly impossible sometimes.. like today...
