If you don't mind the extra work and learning curve, you could probably do this by printing out of Gimp in a Linux using the Gutenprint plugin for the Gimp. You would simply turn off the unwanted black by giving it a 0 limit. Setting up two virtual printers with either PK or Matt black could allow what you wish.
It has a zero $ cost for the rip.
