Digital BW, The Print

I am using Premier Art 325 paper and am having a lot of issues with getting it to feed right without having to run it through three times and risk getting indentations on the paper even before I get any ink on it. 
I am using QTR at the moment. As I understand it, there might be a setting in the Epson print driver that is helpful, but that I cannot access while using QTR?

Any helpful tips?
