Sigh. What seems to work for me now are using a purge file from MIS coupled with the normal cleaning cycles. I've also used ?seaming tape? from my wife's sewing supplies to floss the heads. I pre-soak the tape with Windex. But, the purge image seems to do a good jobs, but it does use a bunch of ink. John Providenza
