Digital BW, The Print

I have CS3, Lightroom 2.3, and of course DPP!  Since DPP came with the Canon 5D MkII, I figure thats a good place to start.

We use CS4 if we want to convert 5d Markll images with CameraRaw. I 
convert with LightRoom 2, so CS4 is optional.
