Digital BW, The Print

To get the rebates, you have to buy from an Authorized Epson Pro reseller.
Epson has a list of all of these on their website.  If they're not listed,
then they aren't a pro dealer.  For example, Amazon is not one.  I bought my
printer from www.itsupplies.com , and their service was excellent.
