Recently there was a brief discussion about using Renaissance Wax as a coating on prints. After having tried it on Epson Enhanced Matte & Velvet Fine Art, all I can say is don't bother (at least on matte paper). I had hoped it might enhance and protect the image, but all it did was dull the image and reduce its dmax. I hope I can find some other use for it because a 7oz can (about the size of a yogurt container) cost 27.00.
