I've used varying ratios of MIS cyan and magenta or R800 blue to cool down the warm MIS PK inks.  My favorite blue toner mix is 70% R800 blue to 30% cyan.  The cyan for the various MIS inksets appears to be the same.  As long as you stick with the relatively recent MIS MP, K4 or R800 inks, they should work together fine, with the caveat that these blended inks tend to separate, so agitation is recommended.  The carts in desktop printers that move with the heads do this as a matter of course.  Be sure to agitate bottles before loading the carts.  (Agitation the day before might be best, so that any large particles have an opportunity to settle.)

The ratio of the blue toner to the PK also, obviously, varies depending on how cool you want to go.  While the highest dmax may be with almost 50% blue toner (and more cyan than the above ratio), the blends for the midtone inks that I've used recently vary between 20% and 40%.  The higher ratio of toner to PK is needed for the most dilute inks to the neutral in the highlights, but they'll be too cool for a PKN that is used throughout the ramp.
