Hi Paul,

I don't think that the chips can be reset (yet), but according to the discussion in this thread about 3rd party inks in the 5000, all you need to do is disable ink level monitoring at the printer.

I've been using a Canon iPF6100 for over a year now and have used only the Canon Lucia inks for both color and B&W printing.  Really excellent results using just the Canon driver with custom icc RGB profiles.  The Canon iPF printers are extremely frugal with ink use compared to my Epson printers so I don't mind the higher price for OEM inks.

PS - I still use my Epson 1800 for small B&W prints and notecards using the 3MK and PKN profiles.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
