I have a set of unopened Epson ink carts for my 2200, they've been sitting on my shelf for about a year or more. Vacuum packs look intact. Can I go ahead and use them .... or another question ... should I bother with them at all? I intend to do b & w exclusively. Should I start with another ink set altogether?
