Digital BW, The Print

I appreciate your responses in previous topic regarding MIS inks and Epson 7800.  I have contacted MIS (inksupplies.com)and they do not sale Ebony inks any longer because of problems they were having.  They can however sale me the UT7 Ebony 100%, which apparently they claim is better than the Eb6.  So my question is:
Could I buy the UT7 100% Ebony from them and dilute according to Paul Roark's paper (Epson 7800 PDF) with they base solution???
Is this base solution the same or similar as the solution that most of you mix yourself??
Is this UT7/solution combination archival like 100% pigments??
Can I use it with HPR, and other well know matte papers??
