Dave, No answer for you but a curious question. Why do you find the need to move the balance from -14 to +45 for the old versus new work? Although the changes are quite subtle. Are you trying to imitate the Portriga for the old and just new settings for the new work? Just curious as it seems if the old scanned work is greyscale then it wouldnt make any difference.
