Re: [Digital BW] Inkjet Topics and Nomenclature

For PiezoBW, why wouldn't you use PBW as the abbreviation? There is a
Piezo Color set, and for those of us who live at (or for ;-) ) other
discussion threads, we tend to think also of P-(something for color).

One thing I have notice with the inkjet threads is that with the
large number of ink sets, software, etc. we are discussing it is
critical to include in each post exactly which you are using. There
have been some posts that included none of this info which makes it
difficult to follow and will make the archive difficult to search.

Also in regards to the abbreviations for the pigmented inks the
following has been suggested. If we all use the same shorthand there
will be less confusion. Including this in the subject line might be
of assistance also.

PiezoBW ink set - PZO
MIS Original Quad - MOQ
MIS Full Spectrum Quad - MFS
MIS Variable Mix Quad - MVM

For MIS posts it is also critical to include the workflow you are
using. Paul Roark, John Woolf, etc.

Thanks your help.
