Hi, I got a new Epson 1400 and set it up with the MIS EB6 inks. I had some Epson Ultra Premium Presentation Paper so I tried it. I really like the prints. There is a lot of detail I never saw before and a lot more shadow detail than I saw with an R280 and Kirkland paper. The prints are a little warm and I would like neutral prints. Short of replacing the black with the HP black, which papers will give the most neutral images? Paul Recommends Premier Art Smooth BW but that is a little pricey for a hobby. How neutral will Red River papers be? Any other recommendations? BTW, I printed on the Kirkland Glossy and the results were pretty good. There is some bronzing and there is kind of a 3D effect but I liked it more than I thought I would after reading about this ink an glossy.
