I mentioned before that a 20% mix of HP Z3100 PK with C6 generic base makes a nice neutral, glossy compatible "EZ" type of ink. I've been experimenting with using MIS glop as a base to reduce the bronzing that the dilute HP inks suffer from (whether C6 or HP dilution). I think a good compromise is a base of 50% MIS glop and 50% c6 base. That keeps the price down and largely eliminates the bronzing. There are still going to be some reflective artifacts, but not nearly what you'd get from the HP inks themselves or the c6 dilutions.
