David, We have had some memorable moments... I remember that. By the way, if you come visit us in Vermont, we keep two automated espresso machines always on the nearby, plugged in and ready 24/7 - and I'm totally into high percentage cocoa chocolates these days. We can dip the 85% into rich espresso for nearly the same affect.
