B&W Photo Show in SF Bay Area

B&W Photo Show in SF Bay Area

2011-03-09 by Roy

I've got a show up at Gallery 9 in Los Altos for the month of March.

It features mostly mountain images from the Sierras and Pyrenees, Spain.
Several are from the area that Paul Roark and I lead a B&W photo workshow
in the spring: See: http://www.goldentroutworkshops.org/

There's a reception on Friday Mar 11 if anyone is in the area.

Gallery Info: http://www.gallery9losaltos.com/

Image gallery: http://harrington.com/mar2011/index.html

Thanks,
Roy

Hey Roy,
The new work looks great. enjoy the how. I will stop by if I make it to the South Bay.
It says on your site that your prints are silver. Have you returned to the darkroom?

Peter

Hi Peter,

No, all the prints these days are inkjet. Some are from film and some from
digital. I do need to update web info.

Thanks,
Roy

Roy,

Great show nice seeing you again last night. Love the consistent
tonality of the images. I meant to ask you last night are the 2:1 Pano's
done as Pano's or crop's?

Paul Grant

Hi Paul,

All the panos are multiple images stitched together. There are minor
crops done afterward. Thanks for coming over.

Roy
