Panic sets in with new Epson R2400 driver

Panic sets in with new Epson R2400 driver

2011-06-09 by faeofavalon

Hi all -
This may be an obvious solution but I don't see it. I've just downloaded
the latest driver for my Epson R2400 and regardless of what paper I
choose, the ABW option is grayed out. Any ideas?!
Thanks,AnnMariewww.annmarietornabene.net

AnneMarie,

I think ABW can be selected only if in "quality" you select "best photo" or "photo RPM," and that too depends on the paper you have selected.

Try these options and good luck.

Thank you Shilesh but when I select any of the premium paper settings, the "Best Photo" option automatically gets selected. I have never had a problem with this before installing the updated driver. May have to call Epson, ugh....
