UT14-C is a neutralized PK. Neutralized PK's (PK plus cyan and some R800 blue) are darker than straight PK. You can use either UT14 M or C to generate the 100% black on glossy papers. I think you'll see the profiles in the Zip file (the PS curves that are embedded in the ICCs for glossy paper) use both C and M.
In the Eb4+ inkset the only glossy compatible PK is the PKn from the UT14 inkset (or other neutralized PKn, depending on which glossy option is used).
