I have been using OCP inks from www.rjettek.com for over 6 years. My wife
scrapbooks and the photos we printed from our 3 month 2004 trip to England have
not faded of course they are stored in 4 scrapbooks so are kept in the dark.
also the photos of our teen age granddaughters in their scrapbooks still look
fine before OCP i used an ink that claimed UV resistance do not have the name
handy. I use OCP in several 4 ink printers and also for over 2 years in a Canon
Pixmapro 9000 MkII 8 color printer that my wife uses to print 12 x 12 pages for
her scrapbooks. I do not calibrate but she prints from Photoshop Elements and
the color matched the prints from the original Canon cartridges so I have not
felt the need to put a hardware calibration tool high on my to buy list. How the
prints will look in 50 years is unknown to me but with some around 8 years old
still looking like they were printed yeaterday we are satisfied. I use Paul's
Eboni Ink set in a 1430 for any printing I want to know is archival.

Please tell me what OCP means... I saw these initials on that website also, but couldn't find that those initials stand for. Thank you!

A guess; Office Colors Production, \ufffdkologische verantwortete Chemische
Production :-)

A German ink producer, the first time I came across that company was
when a former Van Son employee switched to to that company. They made a
pigment ink for Epson 9600-9800 models. Color was nice but the MK had a
low density. They delivered a beta version of a better black and a head
went kaput. 5 years ago I guess. Bad experience at the time. They have
some other companies that sell third party cartridges in shops in Germany.

For mixing HP PK to a quad version for HP thermal heads I use their
gloss enhancer alternative for Kodak heads. No issues, good pricing.
