I have a potential buyer who likes the Carbon-6 ink set that I've been working with (developed by Paul Roark). My printer can only go to 13x19. The client would like a large print, 58x77, and obviously I would like to do it with the Carbon inkset. Feel free to PM me if you, or if you know a lab, that can fulfill this.
Is anyone running Eboni-6 (or the generic "carbon-6") in a 44" printer?
It's an interesting issue as to whether the market can support a wider format service bureau for Eboni. I suspect a lot of us, due in no small part to the modern digital cameras, are finding that our 24" printers can be limiting as to size for our best files. Tube shipping and a limited number of papers might make it worthwhile. I appears that an international shipping of a rolled Arches full sheet print worked for me (not in a 3" tube - very carefully prepared for an appropriate paper roll box, like the ones we buy rolls in).
