Generations 4 enhanced inkset, and the Niagara CIS from http://www.mediastreet.com.

Papers: excellent and good value:

Eclipse Satine (2 weights, double sided printing) really nice, pure white papers
Epson Archival Matte, and Epson Watercolor radiant white
Legion's Photo Matte great for black and white, it's brilliant white
Royal Riviera, thick, heavily textured watercolor paper, from Media Street.
