Digital BW, The Print

Hi guys,
this is a little off topic, but my printing as ground to a halt due to my geriatric Dell running Windows Vista.

Is there a forum any of you have used to talk about computer issues vis a vis workstation demands for printing? 

I'm thinking of an iMac. Please message me off-list if this is too off-topic.

Personally, I use a 5-year old Lenovo W520 laptop that works great. I've upgraded it to 16GB of RAM and installed 2 fast SSDs, which helps a lot with image processing.
