Manufacturers, emails, and such

Folks, We all need to remember that many of these companies that are supplying inks, papers, RIPS, etc. are small business with only a handful of employees. I know that when I get into my office every morning there are 60-100 emails awaiting me. I don't do business on the net, so this is a small volume. Can you imagine coming into your office every morning and having to go through 300 emails or more. So when we criticize companies for not responding quickly to email expeditiously let's just remember that not all companies have teh resources of Epson! (Hmm, From my experience, Epson tales days if not weeks to respond as well) ;-) Mike
