Which Continuous Ink System for my 1280?

Which Continuous Ink System for my 1280?

2002-04-07 by wooismyid

I just received my Epson 1280 and I'm eager to start diving into
the MIS FS system. Question is, which continuous inking system
should I get? A Google search turns up several different systems
and brands.

The best one is the CIS made by www.nomorecarts.com No chip
resetter is needed. It is sold at:

www. MediaStreet.com - nice prices

www.inkjetmall.com - if you are a NAPP member take 10% off
your order

http://www.tssphoto.com/sp/dg/cis/index.html - free shipping

Best,

I just got the nomorecarts (Niagara) version and it's great. I've been
running the same thing on my 1160 with the piezo inks for a couple of
years with no problems whatsoever. It's very well made, well designed,
well thought out. It totally works.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
